What Is Hair Relaxer and How Does It Work?

Hair relaxers are those substances which are used in order to straighten the curly hairs. Hair relaxer is a form of chemical that is used by people specially women to straighten their curls without using those hot and bulky irons. You can get soft, thick and manageable hair by using them. No base straightener can be applied to the roots directly having less lye concentration. All the straighteners involve the use of chemicals so it is advisable t consult a professional before taking any treatments.

They make the locks straight only for a considerable time period, but after some time they again become curly and so again their treatment is required. The whole treatment requires a lot of care because chemicals may damage the tresses also thus only experts must be concerned for this purpose. One must not take the risk of applying the chemicals himself as it may damage the tresses altogether.
